The Exploro Highly Sensitive 7-Panel Urine Drug Test is a qualitative urine test designed for the detection of seven drug metabolites in human urine. The test is intended for use after the consumption of substances that may contain detectable drug metabolites, including:

• COC (Cocaine)
• OPI (Opiates)
• AMP (Amphetamines)
• MET (Methamphetamine)
• BZO (Benzodiazepines)
• MDMA (Ecstasy)

Storage
• Store the test at 39–86°F (4–30°C). Do not freeze.
• Do not open the pouch until ready for use.

Detection levels and approximate detection times*
• Cannabis (THC)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 50 ng/ml. THC may be detected as early as 2 hours after use and can remain detectable for up to 30 days.
• Cocaine (COC)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 300 ng/ml. Cocaine metabolites typically appear 2–4 hours after use and may remain detectable for 2–3 days.
• Opiates (OPI)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 2000 ng/ml. Opiates may be detected 2–4 hours after use and generally remain detectable for 1–3 days.
• Amphetamines (AMP)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 1000 ng/ml. Detection usually begins 3–6 hours after use and may last 2–4 days.
• Methamphetamine (MET)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 1000 ng/ml. Detection typically occurs 3–4 hours after use and may remain detectable for 2–5 days.
• Benzodiazepines (BZO)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 300 ng/ml. Detection may begin 4–6 hours after use and can last 2–7 days.
• Ecstasy (MDMA)
Detectable at a cut-off level of 500 ng/ml. Detection typically begins 1–3 hours after use and may remain detectable for 1–4 days.

How to Use

Before you begin

• Allow the test to reach room temperature before testing.
• Prepare a watch, clock, or timer.
• Prepare a urine collection container.
• For best results, it is recommended to use the first morning urine, when urine concentration is highest.

Step 1

Collect urine in the urine collection container. Remove the dip-card from the sealed pouch and use it immediately.
Note: Prolonged exposure to hot or humid environments may cause product deterioration. Do not use the test after the expiration date.

Step 2

Remove the cap and with arrows pointing toward the urine, immerse the dip-card vertically in the urine for 10-15 seconds. The urine sample should not touch the plastic part of the dip-card when immersing it. Replace the cap and place the dip-card on a non-absorbent flat surface. Start the timer immediately after urine application.

Step 3

Read the test results exactly at 5 minutes. Do not read the results after 5 minutes.
Note: Reading the results after 5 minutes may lead to inaccurate interpretation.

When is the best time to run the test?

It is recommended to perform the test using the first morning urine, as urine concentration is highest at that time. Food, fluid intake, and physical activity during the day may dilute urine and affect test results.
