The Exploro Highly Sensitive 3-Level THC Urine Test is a competitive binding, lateral flow immunochromatographic assay designed for the qualitative detection of THC metabolites in human urine at cut-off concentrations of 20, 50, and 100 ng/ml after the use of products containing THC — including marijuana, cannabis edibles, THC vape liquids, and other THC-containing products.

This test is intended for visual interpretation based on color development on the test strip and provides clear results without the need for laboratory equipment. Results are determined by visually reading the appearance of colored lines on each strip after the sample is applied, following the instructions provided. The test is designed not only to indicate whether THC metabolites are above or below a specific cut-off level, but also to help track the range of concentration over time.

How to Use

Before you begin

• Allow the test to reach room temperature before testing.
• Prepare a watch, clock, or timer.
• Prepare a urine collection container.
• For best results, it is recommended to use the first morning urine, when urine concentration is highest.

Step 1

Collect urine in the urine collection container. Remove the dip-card from the sealed pouch and use it immediately.
Note: Prolonged exposure to hot or humid environments may cause product deterioration. Do not use the test after the expiration date.

Step 2

Remove the cap and with arrows pointing toward the urine, immerse the dip-card vertically in the urine for 10-15 seconds. The urine sample should not touch the plastic part of the dip-card when immersing it. Replace the cap and place the dip-card on a non-absorbent flat surface. Start the timer immediately after urine application.

Step 3

Read the test results exactly at 5 minutes. Do not read the results after 5 minutes.
Note: Reading the results after 5 minutes may lead to inaccurate interpretation.

When is the best time to run the test?

It is recommended to perform the test using the first morning urine, as urine concentration is highest at that time. Food, fluid intake, and physical activity during the day may dilute urine and affect test results.
